Default do i have a virus

Anytime I start my PC, whatever web browser I open automatically redirects to this 'V9' search engine. I followed the uninstall instructions precisely, but it still pops up anytime I start my computer. Secondly, I am getting ads in weird places, such as when I am browsing the Steam store or viewing my profile on Steam. I performed a full virus scan, and uninstalled and deleted all applications that I no longer use or that seemed sketchy to me. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. What could be causing this, and how do I get rid of it?

Yes, you have a type of malware called a browser hijacker. These hijack your computer and make you look at ads and slowdown your computer by about 30%. These are very hard to get rid of. I think you should get professional help for your computer. This can cost anywere between 50$ to 120$. You can get this from downloading porn and other web programs. I sugest avast.

Browser Hijacker/Adware/PUP Removal
One Step that should be done before using ANY malware/adware removal tool

No.1 Create a New Restore point
Can be deleted after removal is complete

Run a scan with <Junkware Removal Tool>
NOTE:This tool does a Back-up of the Registry, so doing it manually is no longer needed

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop from the following link:

Double-click to run the tool. For Windows Vista or 7 users, right-click the file and select Run as Administrator
The tool will open and start scanning your system
Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications
On completion, a log (JRT.txt) will be saved to your desktop and will automatically open

Run a scan with <AdwCleaner>

Download AdwCleaner from the below link.

Close all open programs and internet browsers.
Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
Click on "Scan" to start. After the scan, go through the detections
to be sure there is nothing you want to keep.
Then push "Clean"

No.3 Use <Malwarebytes' Antimalware> to check for any nasty's and to remove any PUP's left
Home Page
Install and update the Malwarebytes Program.
NOTE: Decline the Free Trial of Malwarebytes Pro for now. Not needed for detection nor removal.
They do that for Free. You may try it at a later date if you so wish

NOTE: To have Malwarebytes check for <PUP's>:
Open the program>>Settings Tab>>Detection and Protection Tab
On " PUP (potentially unwanted program) Detections"
Click the arrow and change to "Treat detections as malware"

Launch <Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware>
Go to the Dashboard and select Update Now. If an update is found, it will download and
install the latest version.
Go to Scanner tab and select (1)Threat Scan, then click (2)Scan now

The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart

Malwarebytes KnowledgeBase

No.4 Go to <Check & Secure> to check for outdated programs and other Security related matters
NOTE:Any outdated software, please update and remove all older versions. It is advised to completely
Remove Java from your computer
