Default VISUAL C++ . Everytime I build my program after making changes, it shows output from last successful build

...and doesnt include the changes I have made since the last sucessful build.

That usually means you have build (compile time) errors in your current source. Isn't that what it is asking you? You have errors...do you want to run the last successful build?

Say no...and fix the errors.
