Default Facebook.messenger. Spybot says its a virus?

I'm scanning with Spybot search and destroy and facebook.messenger comes up as a PUPSC. I know pup means potentially unwanted program but what the hell is the s and c there for? And it's not te fraud.facebook thing it's the Facebook messenger app I downloaded from Facebook itself to chat with friends so te legit. And there's 33 entries apparently, with registry keys and directories.
So should I delete it?
