1.)Should i change my motherboard? Will it be compatible with the case? Which motherboard should i get and how much would it cost? What would be the advantage of buying decent motherboard?
2.)Does the fan that comes with it good? or do i need to buy a better one?

System Model
-HP-Pavilion AY602AA-ABL HPE-140f
System Serial Number: CNX952040P

Processor(a)
-3.20 GHz Intel Core i5 650

all desktop motherboard sizes will fit in that case that is in the link.
Those fans are slow, so they will be like... Quiet/no noise.
but those fans are pretty big, so the airflow should be pretty decent/good.
i think its a really good buy.

go to
www.newegg.com or www.newegg.ca for Canada...

look there :)

1) The motherboard case compatibility is a matter of form factor. If the motherboard is an ATX, micro-ATX or mini-ATX form factor, then any ATX form factor case will accommodate the motherboard. If it is ITX, then any ITX case will hold it. By looking up the motherboard, you can find out what its form factor is.

Changing your motherboard isn't usually necessary, unless you want to upgrade to a processor with a different socket (for example, if you want to upgrade to a 2nd or 3rd generation Core processor [i5 or i7 2xxx or 3xxx] then you will need a different motherboard because they use LGA1155 socket whereas previous Core processors use an LGA1156 socket).
The only advantage to upgrading the motherboard when you don't need a new socket for a new processor is that the new motherboard may have more ports -- support more/faster hard drives, have more/faster USB ports, more PCI slots for graphics cards and other cards, have more slots to stick more RAM, etc.

2) Whether or not you need a better fan is mostly based on whether or not you need better cooling. If you plan on overclocking your processor to 4.5 GHz and having 2 or 3 video cards in SLI (that is, working together in parallel) then you will not only need a better fan, you will most likely need several more fans. Your i5-650 probably doesn't support enough overclocking to need a better cooling system, and you have said nothing about graphics cards, so I don't know if you need better cooling. Your best help in deciding whether or not you need a better fan is to check the reviews of the case, what people have to say about it. If there are complaints about the fan, look for a better one.
