Default i want to buy a desktop secondhand. assuming the sellers are trustworthy, do these look like reasonable offers

I'm looking at custom/gaming PCs on craigslist, as my father has had a lot of luck with them. Are these listings reasonable enough, or are they overpriced? I've checked the specs on most of them, and they look good.
