Your browser is telling you that the page may have something suspicious going on. Like phishing, where you follow a link, input info and it steals this info so you can be hacked. Are you following a link or are you typing in www.youtube.com into your browser? If you are following a link it might not be a real youtube link even if it looks like one. Safest bet is to go to youtube.com yourself and search for the video you are trying to watch.
