for some reason in chrome, i have a visual bee or VB toolbar.. i downloaded things earlier that might have added the toolbar, but i deleted all the programs. but its still there? anyone know how to get rid of it. the wrench icon doesnt have an extensions or tools option either

Try the below steps might be help in resolving your query.

1) From your computer's 'Start' button, select 'Control Panel'
2) Click the "Uninstall a Program" option found under the "Programs" category
3) Select the Toolbar Chrome Extension name that is installed on your computer. (example TelevisionFanatic Toolbar Chrome Extension)
4) Click "Remove"
5) You must reboot your computer to completely remove the toolbar
