I get a message saying "Error initializing Opera: module 10 (locale)", whenever I try to uninstall Opera. I've looked up solutions and each one I've tried so far doesn't work. I was told to try and delete the file "english.lng" if I could find it, but I couldn't find it anywhere in the Opera folder found in the program files.

So is there any possible solutions, I can't even use Opera if I try to open it, I just get the same message, so I don't want to have this feckless encumbrance taking up space in my computer.

You can Uninstall Opera that you have installed on your PC completely by downloading "Revo Uninstaller" which is free and it removes all the files from the registries. You can download it from the below link:
