For two days that piece of crap has been having issues. Today , I tried to print something, A red bar appears, and the buttons starts to flash and it says " error code 005FBB6 ", once you turn it off the whole cycle starts up again. I joined the Hp forum to ask for help but there website is as great as there printer and is broken. I called the idiots up and got some stoned idiot that was no help and I ended up hanging up before I cussed her out, seriously how stupid are the tech support people, I thought Adobe was bad with support, but HP is in the running now. Plus you have to pay them to get support on there crappy products. I already reset it to factory mode, unplugged it reset and it still does that. I am never buying an HP printer again, the only thing it's good for is killing someone because it's so effin huge and bulky. Now I can't print my homework, wasted my money getting new ink and will have to pay a lot more money to print on the paper that I need at school.
