I live in Fort Worth, Texas. Charter communication installed cable service to someone in the neighborhood. They pulled a cable (orange color) from a box in my back neighbor's yard, through my back yard, left laying on the lawn and left. When I contacted Charter, they first denied the cable was theirs, asked me how do I now it is theirs. I told them that if it not their cable, I am just going to chop it up and throw it in trash. Then after a hold of few minutes, told me that it will be a month before theey can schedule to burry it in the easement area. All uttilities in the area are unedrground. They left a cable hanging on my fence for 2 years. never removed it. Fort Worth city Code Compliance did not help. If any one has dealt with similar problem please advise.
Thanks in advance
