Default facebook during incognito mode

Just wondering... You guys know how when you log into someone else's Facebook or your own from a different computer you either get asked to enter a code (for Facebook [your account] to recognize that browser/computer) or it gets stored in your Facebook that "you" logged in from whatever place it was logged in from. Well, I was curious. If you log in from another computer through Incognito Mode, will it still notify you/the person who's account was logged into about the access?
