Default 2 part ti 84 programming question

Okay I'm using cemetech source coder and the first problem I have is with this line
If fPart(Q/J)=0 and fPart(P/I)=0
The issue is the and. It's in the same color as the fPart on the Cemetech codesource. How should I enter it on my calculator
Problem two
Text(R,C,"^")
Earlier, a guy named empire answered my question regarding syntax. He spoke that the ^^2 in cemetech meant the exponent two, and the ~ meant the negative sign. WHat does this mean?

Default 2 part ti 84 programming question

"and" can be found in [2nd][Math](Test) > Logic > 1:and.

:Text(R,C,"^")
is just what it looks like - the Text( command, the variables R and C, and a string.

In Cemetech's SourceCoder, you might see things like ^^2 and ~. Even though they appear that way in the SourceCoder, you should write ² and - instead when writing the code on your calculator.
