Default Is there a code that will not let ACCESS 2007 load if Visual Basic editor is open

I have an Access database that has user level security built in. The shift key and special keys are disabled. The only way I have found to "hack" the database is to have VB open while opening the database and rewrite the code. I am trying to find a code or a way to make Access not load if VB is open. Any ideas?

I don't know how to do anything like that, but I wouldn't try either. It sounds like the only way to do something like that is to edit the programs code itself, which would get you into all sorts of protected stuff and copyright laws.

Doesn't converting the database to .accde prevent changes to any VB scripts?
