Default How to make a counting display in Visual Basic (Simple)

As the title states, I need to make a DISPLAYED counter in Visual Basic. I have little knowledge of Visual Basic as I only started a few days ago (for course work) but I have knowledge of C++.
If anybody could place the code of a form with just a timer below, I would be greatly appreciative. All I need it for is to have the visible timer displaying in the top right corner of my form. Thanks in advanced.

I am active on Answers so I'll give the Best Answer to whoever can help me :)
