Default will this power an arduino

For a project, I am programming an arduino to read certain sensors and transmit the data with a Wi-Fi shield. The problem is, it needs to be able to be self sustaining. At the moment, I am using a battery, but it doesn't last long enough. Are these specs enough to power an Arduino Uno, a Wi-Fi shield, and a sensor or 2?

Output voltage OCV > 10 Volts, and output power Pload 25-100 uW @ f1 and G @ 0.1 G

Arduino Input Voltage (recommended) 7-12V, dont know amps

Or one of these?
