Default build work i need some final advice re: my desktop build

I'm building a desktop (or will be shortly) and I'm hoping to get some input on my parts list. I'm not planning on building anything super powerful. This will be a desktop for my wife and I to only play games such as Sims 3 and the new SimCity, and also be able to handle Adobe Premiere and After Effects. I'm also on a fairly tight budget since I'm still in college. From previous inquiries, I've come up with the below parts as adequate for my needs. I'm just hoping you can help me find any flaws (i.e. compatibility issues, items that would be better suited for me at the same price, etc.)

Case: Diablotek CPA-6170 EVO ATX - $45

I think you have what you need but the psu is a little high in this case most people go to low but you can shave some off by getting a 400w or get an AMD mother board and CPU then you could get a better video card but then you would need the 500w psu here is a good example a better build for less and its 100% compatible or you get to punch tigerdirect in tha face

Get a Seagate Barracuda instead. Better performance for less, too. Also, try a GT 620/630 instead of a 9800. The card's fairly dated and it's not very "futureproof" in this day in age. Everything else in your build is fine. If you want, you can try to find a mini ATX board and save more money. Just a suggestion.

Also, if I were on a tight budget, I'd go AMD and buy a FX-4130 processor paired with a cheap HD 6000 series graphics card. I was able to put up a build for $640. Not saying you should start over with your build, but just a mild suggestion.

Get a Geforce 640GT or 650GTX at the very least. Much newer tech than the ancient 9800GT.

For reference, any video card less than a Geforce GTX 660 Ti will certainly bottleneck on that i5 CPU. Even a 2nd/3rd generation i3 processor can easily keep up with anything at or below a GTX 650 Ti.
