Default need help uninstalling mycleanpc from my parents' computer.

My father, being the gullible genius that he is, installed mycleanpc to his computer. Now, this was quite a few years ago, so simply doing a system restore won't do the trick. The problem is, I am unable to uninstall it or CyberDefender.

Each time I attempt to uninstall mycleanpc, I get an error message saying "C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberDefender\Registry Scanner\unins000.msg" is missing. Please correct the problem or obtain a new copy of the program. Now, obviously I do not want to get a new copy, and I've searched through Google in an attempt to find a solution, but have come up empty.

As for CyberDefender, when I go through add/remove programs in the control panel, it lets me attempt to uninstall the program. Even goes so far as to say 'uninstallation complete' but everything to do with CyberDefender is still there.

I've attempted both of these actions in Safe Mode and have still come up empty.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Note: the computer in question is not currently connected to the internet, and while I can connect it, an offline solution would be preferable. But, I can go either way.
Forgot to mention, but the computer in question is currently running Windows 7
